Teaching parents to blog

So I came home for the weekend, and dad wanted to blog about their trip to nauvoo on the family blog site, so I started teaching him how to post something. Well, i was showing him how to add pictures, and he was like, "oh you do that and i'll do this..." so i put all the pictures on and he typed the words he wanted to it. It was just so funny, because i was showing him how to do it, and he was just saying things like "how do you know all this?!" I got a good chuckle inside my head from all of it :) Parents and technology....

hehe, I love that! Parents and technology are a funny mix. I'm sure they are grateful for your help and I'm glad you were able to help them, it's fun to have everyone blogging now!!

It's kind of nice that my mom works with technology so she is very comfortable with stuff like this! My Dad on the other hand had to have help with email until he was doing it weekly with Jessica :) I thought I should tell you that your blog posts have been coming up off-center (makes it hard to read because the words are over the black flowers). Glad your Dad is getting into it! I did get the invite again to post on the family blog and accepted the invitation. I will have to post something there soon. Thanks for sending it again!

OK, so I resemble these comments, but I am getting better. By the way it happens with every generation, so wait and see what your kids will tease you about.
