Out of the Blue

Have you ever had someone that you thought you'd never talk to again text/call you at the most out-of-the-blue moment ever?

I have.

This happened to me just a few days ago, and at first I was a little apprehensive, I mean, our last 'good'bye was not the best ever. In fact, I figured that this person probably did not have my phone number anymore, so it was additionally surprising. But do you know what? Time heals things and smooths them over. As we talked (via text) I found that no apprehension was necessary. It was a good conversation. We just caught up and talked a little about what happened so long ago. We are once again friends and I hope that it can remain that way. I'm glad that this person finally got around to talking to me again. I love it when things like this happen. :)
