The fat kid club was dreamed up by my roommate becca. I have no idea what sparked the idea, but, all i know is that it is awesome. I am a part of the fat kid club, in fact, I am one of those who can determine whether someone is worthy to enter into it. You may be asking, why am I in a club called the "fat kid club", because, well, i'm not fat :) The fat kid club is merely an excuse to get together with friends and eat, tons!
This is the rule for entering the club, pretty much you have to eat a bunch of food that is fat kid worthy, such as cookies, pizza, hot dogs, dr. pepper, etc. It can be any-thing non-healthy... lol :)
Friday night was our first semi-annual fat kid bonfire. It was organized by keara. We went up green canyon with aproximately 20-30 friends. I'm not even sure how many people actually came. Me and my roommates invited 20 people, but everyone invited friends, at one point i think we must've had upwards of 50 people.
It was all-you-can-eat hot dogs and smores night. I think manda was the most "fat kid"-y. She ended up eating 3 hot dogs, 2 huge smores, and 2 cans of dr. thunder. (because we can't afford dr. pepper...). It was a total blast. We had fun eating and talking and laughing together.
The best part of the night was that manda and a friend from high school, steve beck could be there. it was so fun to talk about old times, and catch up with steve. But it was so much fun too, to be able to meet new people and make new friends. I'm so glad that we could have such a blast at our fat kid bonfire. :)

I want to join! I know I'm not cool enough because I'm married but I do think I'm worthy according to the criteria--Jeff's been giving me a hard time all day about eating too many treats...but what can I say, they make me happy!

What a cute "fat kid" you are! That sounds like so much fun! Oh the days of being single and doing crazy things like that! I love it!
ha ha oh boy what fun! dang, you and amanda are sooo lucky! you can eat so much and still handle it. look at you! you're both gorgeous! i eat anything and it accumulates in unwanted ways.. ha ha lol!
oh man megs! That was an awesome night! I think i should get a prize for being the most "fat kid"-y though! haha thanks for making me sound like i total pig! haha, i'm proud of it though! lol. Michelle-course you can be in it!!
chelle, my roommates say you still have to prove yourself LOL :) won't be too hard though right?
